Why can’t I activate Zomato Connect?
The option to enable Zomato Connect will become available once you’ve activated Sapaad Connect. However, before enabling Zomato Connect, make sure you’ve completed the following:
1. Upload images for all menu items you wish to display in your Zomato store.
2. Add descriptions to each item.
3. Add food legends.
4. Schedule menu categories (optional).
5. Upgrade to Advanced Modifiers.
6. Enable CRM Unlimited.
7. Subscribe to Sapaad Connect.
Once you’ve completed the above requirements, send an email to support@sapaad.com to proceed with the activation.
