I accidentally bumped off a ticket. How to retrieve it?
Don’t worry! Sapaad KDS 2.0 allows you to easily recover orders that were accidentally bumped off. To retrieve past orders:
Step 1: On the Kitchen Prep Screen click on Past Orders.
Step 2: Click Restore on the order that was accidentally bumped off.
