How to issue wastage through Stock Issues
To issue wastage through Stock Issues:
Step 1: Visit Inventory. Select a location > Stock Issues.
Step 2: Search for the wasted ingredient > Enter. This will add the ingredient to the table.
Step 3: Click on the Issuing Type dropdown > Wasted.
Step 4: Add a comment on why the item was wasted and indicate the quantity.
Step 5: Click Issue > Confirm.
Step 6: To view the detailed report of your food wastage, you can go to your Dashboard > Inventory tab.
