JOB OVERVIEW
You will own enterprise growth for Sapaad in the UAE, starting as a hands-on, individual contributor role with full ownership of pipeline, deal execution, and revenue outcomes.
This role is designed for a senior sales professional who thrives in building and closing complex enterprise deals independently. As the scope, complexity, and impact of the role expand, there is potential to evolve it into a people leadership position, with team build-out aligned to performance, territory penetration, and sustained deal momentum.
A key focus of this role is scaling Sapaad’s payments business, selling payments-led, subscription, and hybrid commercial models to drive sustainable ARR and transaction volume growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Win enterprise business: Build and close a strong pipeline across large F&B chains, hospitality groups, event operators, caterers, and consultants—owning complex deals from first contact to contract.
- Lead payments-first deals: Structure subscription and payment models that deliver clear customer value while driving ARR and transaction volume growth for Sapaad.
- Own the UAE market: Represent Sapaad across the UAE, managing key enterprise accounts and senior stakeholders while expanding into assigned UAE/GCC territories.
- Operate at the executive level: Lead multi-stakeholder deals with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders, articulating ROI, compliance, and implementation value.
- Build leverage through partnerships: Activate referral and ecosystem partnerships with hospitality groups, consultants, mall operators, event organizers, and acquiring partners.
- Run a disciplined enterprise motion: Maintain strong pipeline coverage, accurate forecasts, and ownership of pricing, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
- Execute cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Payments, Marketing, and Customer Success to launch pilots and scale enterprise deployments.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in enterprise sales (SaaS/payments/fintech or restaurant tech); consistent record closing deals.
- Knowledge of payments and subscription + hybrid commercial models.
- Network across hospitality groups, large F&B chains, consultants, and event org in the UAE.
- Proven player-coach: can sell hands-on while mentoring AEs/SDRs and running a disciplined cadence.
- Executive presence, rigorous deal qualification , and sharp financial/ROI storytelling.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to design offers, pilots, and deployment plans.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 30–50% within UAE/GCC
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
