JOB OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about technology, curious about how projects come to life, and eager to build a career in project management? At Sapaad, we’re offering a unique Junior Project Coordinator Internship where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to project execution, agile practices, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with our Projects Team to coordinate timelines, manage documentation, and support seamless communication between developers, QA, product managers, and business teams. This role is designed for early-career talent or students looking to gain valuable experience in SaaS project management and product development.

Outstanding performers may be offered a permanent role as a Junior Software Project Coordinator at the end of the internship.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist project teams in ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
  • Help track project progress, schedules, and deadlines under senior guidance
  • Prepare weekly reports, meeting notes, and project status updates

Agile Practices

  • Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with developers and QA teams
  • Assist in drafting user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Help monitor risks or delays and flag them proactively

Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain and organize project documentation on Confluence or other tools
  • Record and follow up on meeting action items
  • Draft and send professional communication to internal teams and partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on release dates
  • Support onboarding of new joiners in the tech team
  • Assist in running sessions on agile/scrum practices for interns and junior hires

Innovation & Curiosity

  • Stay updated on AI trends and explore opportunities for automation in project tracking and reporting
  • Show curiosity and initiative in experimenting with productivity tools and workflows

YOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or MS Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for technology, AI, and workflow automation
