What is Average Preparation Time on the Kitchen Aid?

The Average Preparation Time widget displays the average time the kitchen station takes to prepare menu items, helping you track the station’s performance.

To view Average Preparation Time:

Step 1: Visit Delivery Manager > KDS.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Under the Preparation tab, select the kitchen station that you want to view.
Step 4: Click on Kitchen Aid.

You can view your Average Preparation Time on the top right widget.

If you are working on a bump interface, press the Enter key followed by the – key to access the Kitchen Aid. Press the Enter key again to exit the shortcuts page.
