If a customer cancels an order, how will my kitchen staff get notified?
If an order has been cancelled on Sapaad Cloud POS, it will automatically be updated on Sapaad KDS 2.0. The order will appear faded with an X on the Kitchen Prep Screen and will have to be bumped off.
On a touch interface, you can tap on the ticket to remove it from the screen.
On a bump interface, you can either click on the ticket or press the corresponding number on the keypad to remove it from the screen.
