How can I check the total time taken to complete a walk-in order?
With Sapaad, gain complete visibility of your order workflow by identifying lapses and operational efficiencies. To monitor the total time taken to complete a walk-in order:
Step 1: Visit Dashboard > Sales.
Step 2: Expand the Total Orders Report.
Step 3: Click on the Order Type dropdown and select Walk-In.
Step 4: Export the file to CSV.
Note: Delivered time will only be captured if the Sapaad Kitchen Dispatch Screen or Sapaad KDS 2.0 feature is used.
