Sapaad Unveils Unified Restaurant Commerce at AAHAR 2026

10th–14th March 2026 — Sapaad marked a significant milestone at AAHAR, one of India’s largest B2B food and beverage exhibitions held annually in New Delhi. The event signaled the official entry of Sapaad—one of the world’s most trusted POS platforms—into the Indian market.
Across five days, our Restaurant Tech Strategists held live demos for operators that came from all over the country, walking them through the value of building a restaurant tech ecosystem that works seamlessly for their operations rather than reshaping their current workflows to what their current tech can allow.
With a booth that’s custom-built to set the stage of how the modern restaurant should run, we offered our visitors the opportunity to take a peak into the future of restaurant operations. A future where unified commerce is the standard, well-supported by cutting-edge restaurant AI that provides operators the insight they need to navigate the ever-changing landscape of F&B.

The exhibition also offered us the opportunity to showcase Ask Vantage, Sapaad’s premier AI-integrated layer, to operators who understand exactly what is at stake when data is leveraged well.
Sapaad’s ideal for the future was clear. Having a well-structured restaurant tech ecosystem sets the tone for how far a business can expand, whether it’s opening a new branch or adding a new ordering channel. And at AHAAR, Sapaad demonstrated this in practice. Rather than presenting isolated restaurant tech solutions, we built a cohesive system where every single touchpoint, from the POS to the kitchen, works in sync and in real-time.
The response from attendees pointed to a broader appetite for this kind of cohesion. It was no longer about adding more features, but about making complexity manageable and data usable to make profitable decisions. In that sense, Sapaad’s presence at AAHAR did more than introduce a product. It reflected a changing expectation of what restaurant technology should deliver.
To everyone who visited, engaged, and took the time to explore the platform, thank you. Your interest and conversations made the experience all the more meaningful and we hope to build more features that we hope will reshape the future of restaurant technology together in India and across the world.
