We’ve Updated Our POS Pricing

We’re excited to announce that we’ve redesigned our pricing to enhance the value you get from Sapaad. Our new POS pricing plan now features pay-per-outlet, monthly and annual subscriptions, an unlimited customer database, unlimited users, and lots more.

When we first launched Sapaad, we put a lot of thought into our POS pricing model. We wanted to offer customers a powerful yet affordable solution that helped every business type, and our old packages are a reflection of that. Through the years, we’ve kept up with the growing needs of our customers by placing significant importance on the support and services we offer. We’ve developed some amazing features — from Sapaad Loyalty to Sapaad KDS 2.0 — to evolve from a point-of-sale to a complete restaurant management solution.

The F&B industry has gone through some incredible changes recently and with it your needs. We’ve seen how our global customers use Sapaad, which is why we’ve redesigned our pricing to address this shift and to give you more flexibility with your subscription.

Exciting New Software Enhancements

When you move to the new pricing, you’ll not only see a difference in your POS subscription value, but you’ll also have a completely evolved subscription experience with huge savings and advanced features, including pay-per-outlet, monthly and annual subscriptions, a reimagined CRM plan, unlimited users, unlimited devices, unlimited menu items, and lots more.

Pay-per-outlet

Our previous pricing module consisted of packages based on the number of outlets. With our new pricing, we’re introducing pay-per-outlet — pay only for the number of outlets you have. Should you open a new outlet, you can easily add it to your subscription with just a few clicks.

Reimagined CRM Plan 

Our new POS pricing comes with a much-awaited feature: an unlimited customer database. Our new CRM is no longer priced by the number of customers in your database but by the number of outlets you have. Whether you have 1 outlet or 20, you can take advantage of a CRM your restaurant won’t outgrow with lifetime access to the same valuable insights you’re used to such as customer profiles, order history, and preferences.

Monthly & Annual POS Subscription Plans

We’ve also added the option to choose between monthly or annual billing to give you more flexibility and control with your payment schedule. If you switch to an annual POS subscription, you’ll get one month free. In other words, you can enjoy Sapaad for 12 months for the price of 11.

Unlimited Users, Unlimited Menu Items, Unlimited Devices

As with the old pricing model, the new pricing lets you use Sapaad Cloud POS system with no device licensing restrictions or menu item limits. You’ll still be able to use as many devices as you want — laptops or tablets — and add just as many items to your menu. The new pricing also comes with the inclusion of unlimited users, so you can run your restaurant business exactly how you want to.

Seamless Transition to the New POS Pricing

We’ve made sure that the transition to our new pricing is as painless as possible. If the new pricing gives you a better value, or if you’d like to take advantage of the new subscription experience, simply email us at subscriptions@sapaad.com. Then, on your next renewal date, your account will gracefully expire and you will be prompted to activate your Sapaad account with the new pricing. The full step-by-step process will be sent to you via email.

Want to stay with your current plan?

Depending on how you use Sapaad, you may see a huge price decrease in your subscription plan. More importantly, if the new pricing doesn’t save you money, you have the option to stay with your current subscription; there will be no changes to your plan.

Since the early stages of Sapaad, we’ve prioritized the experience and satisfaction of our customers. Unless the new pricing benefits you, there will be no changes to your subscription and you may stick to your current plan. No matter which pricing model you subscribe to, you’ll still receive the same best-in-class service and support we give every customer.
