How to Merge Tables in Sapaad Dine-In?

Sapaad makes it easy to manage large groups by allowing you to merge tables effortlessly.

To easily merge tables in Sapaad easily, first, you need to enable “moving orders” and “merging tables” in Sapaad.

Step 1: Visit Setup > Global Settings > Others.
Step 2: On the Dine-In section, enable the Move Order and Merge Table option. Once enabled it cannot be reversed.

To merge tables:

Step 1: Go to your Dine-In screen and choose the desired location.
Step 2: Click on the Merge Tables button
Step 3: Select up to three unoccupied tables you want to merge.
Step 4: Click Merge to finalize the process.

If there are ongoing orders on the selected tables, you’ll be prompted to choose between the following:

• Combine Bills: Merge all orders into a single bill.
• Keep Bills Separate: Maintain separate bills for each original table.

Here’s how to undo a merge:

Step 1: On your Dine-In screen, choose the merged table you want to split.
Step 2: On the POS screen of the selected table, click the Undo Merge button.
Step 3: Select the specific tables you want to separate and click Undo Merge. Note: You can only unmerge tables with separate bills.
