How to add an Item Note?
You can add a note for an item in an order to inform your kitchen on a customer’s special request. For e.g. your customer requests for no tomato on their burger. To add an Item Note, simply click on the item when placing the order. You’ll notice a notes field. Enter your notes in the field and hit enter.
