How to update subscription credit card details?
To update subscription credit card details:
Step 1: Visit https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/
Step 2: Enter the email address used for making payments and click on Create New Account. You will then receive an email from 2Checkout with a link to set a password. Be sure to check your Inbox and Spam folder for the email.
Step 3: Click on the link and set a password.
Step 4: Then click Login Now on the 2Checkout login page, enter the email address and the newly-created password.
Step 5: Click on Payment and then Add Card.
Step 6: Once the new card has been added, delete the old card.
NOTE: While attempting to delete an old card, if there are active subscriptions linked to the card, the user will be prompted to change the card for those subscriptions. Simply click on the subscriptions and select the newly-added card.
