How to downgrade my subscription plan?
To downgrade your subscription plan, a user with admin access can delete the appropriate locations (e.g.: from 5 locations to 2 to qualify for the Medium Plan) and raise a request to the Sapaad Support Team from your Sapaad account.
To delete a location:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the location for which you want to delete.
Step 3: Click the “Delete this location” button located at the lower right corner of the page.
You will receive an email asking to confirm the deletion along with an inquiry about downgrading your plan.
