How to add a header and footer to my invoice?
With Sapaad, you can display a header, e.g., your restaurant address, at the top of your invoice and a footer, for example, your social media accounts or a discount code.
For the header:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup
Step 2: Select the location at which you want to update the invoice
Step 3: Click Printer & Peripheral Settings > Print Settings
Step 4: Under Invoice Templates, click the Edit button against the invoice you want to add a header and footer to
Step 5: Go to the Header section and tick the Header checkbox
Step 6: Enter your preferred header text.
Step 7: Once done, click Save
For the footer:
Step 8: Go to the Footer section, and tick the Footer checkbox
Step 9: Enter your preferred footer text
Step 7: Once done, click Save
