What is Announcements for, and how to use it?
Announcements are used for communicating messages to all staff who are logged in to your Sapaad account – Cashiers, Call Center Agents, Drivers, PDAs and so on. For e.g. you can send out a message like “Please upsell Chicken Biryani today” internally to all your staff logged in to Sapaad. This option can be accessed from the dashboard and by only those users with permissions.
