How to view a station's efficiency for the day?
You can view a station’s efficiency from the Station Efficiency widget on the Kitchen Aid. The Station Efficiency widget offers you a LIVE view of your kitchen station’s performance. The percentage compares the station’s average preparation time to its predefined SLA.
To view Station Efficiency:
Step 1: Visit Delivery Manager > KDS.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Under the Preparation tab, select the kitchen station that you want to view.
Step 4: Click on Kitchen Aid.
You can view your Station Efficiency on the top center widget.
If you are working on a bump interface, press the Enter key followed by the – key to access the Kitchen Aid. Press the Enter key again to exit the shortcuts page.
