How can I display all orders on my expedite screen?
By default, the Sapaad KDS Expedite Screen only displays Walk-in & Dine-in Orders. Online and CRM orders will not show up on the expedite screen in this mode.
To display all orders on the KDS expedite screen:
Step 1: Go to Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad KDS
Step 2: Go to the “The Expedite Screen will display” section
Step 3: Change “Walk-in & Dine-in Orders” to “All Orders” by clicking the drop-down icon and selecting the option.
Step 4: Click Save
