Where can I view a customer’s past orders?
A customer’s past orders are displayed under the ‘View Past Orders’ button in CRM. Simply enter the customer’s mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search. You’ll notice customer insights and notes on the right. Click the ‘View Past Orders’ button to load all the past orders of the customer.
