How will I get notified whenever I get an order from Zomato?

There are two ways you can be notified of new Zomato orders: through the Sapaad’s Online Ordering page or Sapaad Online Delivery Notifications Manager.

To receive notifications of new Zomato orders, make sure Sapaad’s Online Ordering page is opened in a new tab on your browser and that the user logged in is assigned to a particular location. If the user is assigned to All Locations, they will not receive the sound notification once a new online order comes in.

You can also receive notifications of new Zomato orders with the Sapaad Online Delivery Notifications Manager application. Simply install the app on a Windows machine to easily receive and review Zomato orders. When a new order arrives, a pop-up window accompanied by a sound notification will alert you.
