How do I add new Zomato customers to the CRM?

Sapaad intelligently identifies new customers who order from Zomato and will automatically create a customer profile in your CRM. If an existing customer orders from your Zomato store, Sapaad will automatically add the order details to their profile. No manual intervention required.

Note: Sapaad only stores the customer information of Self Delivered Orders and will not retrieve customer information of Zomato Go and Customer Pick Up Orders.
