What happens when the internet connection is down?
Sapaad’s Offline Mode uses the latest in web technology to keep you operational even when the internet connection is down.
If you’re already in the Walk-In ordering module, it continues to work in the offline mode without interruption. If you aren’t, simply go to http://app.sapaad.com/walkin and continue to punch new orders. The data of all orders punched offline will sync back once the internet connection is available again.
NOTE: The user logged in while working offline should be assigned to one particular location. If the user is assigned to all locations, the orders punched offline will not sync.
Also, please do not clear your browsing history while working offline.
