How does upgrading or downgrading affect an annual subscription?
If you make changes to your account during an active annual subscription, the pricing impact depends on whether you upgrade or downgrade.
Upgrades
If you upgrade your account, the additional cost is charged on a pro-rated basis for the remaining time until your next billing date.
For example, if you add a new module in the seventh month of your annual subscription, you will only be charged for the remaining five months at the upgraded rate. On your next billing date, you will be billed the full amount for the updated plan.
Downgrades
If you downgrade your account, no refund or credit is issued for the remaining months of your current subscription, in accordance with our Terms of Service. The downgraded plan will take effect on your next billing cycle.
