Meet Sapaad at FHA HoReCa 2022 in Singapore

Sapaad is excited to be a part of FHA HoReCa 2022 in Singapore, which will be held on October 25-28 at the Singapore Expo. 

This is Sapaad’s second time at FHA HoReCa following our participation in 2018’s trade show. FHA HoReCa is Asia’s most extensive international exhibition for the latest innovations in hospitality, food & beverage, and foodservice.

FHA HoReCa is one of the two mega events that comprise Food&Hotel Asia (FHA), a highly successful international trade show for F&B and hospitality businesses worldwide for over 4 decades. Singapore F&B Landscape

As one of Asia’s leaders in foodservice and hospitality tech, Singapore is a rich environment for the restaurant tech sector. The foodservice market is projected to have a CAGR of 2.1% by 2023, while F&B’s year-on-year sales as of April 2022 was up by 11.4%.

Singapore has launched support initiatives for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the F&B sector, such as the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and Digital Resilience Bonus. These initiatives incentivize digitization, such as partnerships with IMDA-approved restaurant tech providers, including Sapaad.

Singapore’s shift toward digitization also impacts the hospitality workforce as restaurant operations become automated. To empower future hospitality talent, leading educational institutions such as Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) and Institute for Technical Education (ITE) have embraced Sapaad as their curriculum’s official restaurant management system. Their hospitality students will train on Sapaad’s wide ecosystem of restaurant management software products, giving them valuable, hands-on experience even before joining the F&B and hospitality sectors.

What’s new for Sapaad at FHA HoReCa

We will introduce our all-new Sapaad products: Delivery Rider Management, a Digital Waiter Application, our next-gen LIVE Business Dashboard, and our advanced promotion engine.

Delivery Rider Management optimizes your in-house delivery team’s workflow. This brand new app increases your riders’ visibility on your customers’ location, sends live updates on customer orders, and offers a Google Maps integration feature for accurate delivery order tracking. Customers can pay and leave tips through the app, making the entire delivery process contactless and safe.

On the other hand, the Digital Waiter Application is designed to replace the traditional order-taking process with a handheld device, which waiters can use to view the menu, take orders, and send orders directly to the kitchen. The app be integrated with Sapaad Direct QR Ordering for customers who prefer contactless ordering.

We’re also launching our next-generation LIVE Business Dashboard. Using cutting-edge business intelligence and advanced analytics, you can break down data into more specific categories, including order type, payment method, order channel, and even the staff who took the order and processed the payment.

Furthermore, we’re introducing an advanced promotion engine, which allows you to create custom promotions across various ordering channels, including dine-in, online, and self-ordering kiosks. It also provides a centralized platform for managing your promotions.
